| ken or frank ? i am guessing you meant ken though and how can you not like ken or at least respect the guy the only reason i cant see anyone not liking him or respecting him is newbies. |

| Well that and the way he actedon "TUF" when he was coaching against Tito. I thought from reading the "Lion's Den" books by Ken that he would have been a tougher coach. Teaching more and making sure his guys did more damage. |

| yeah he came off looking bad on there for sure not sure how legit it was though find the new interviews he just did on fighting words its a really good watch. |

| I hear ya.. I hated to see him like that.. I saw a clip of the interview where Frank was saying Ken was doing the juice a lot.. Damn man.. To have your own brother out you that way is so not cool.. I am glad they patched things up now. |

| nothing is patched up lol ken said frank did not go to there fathers funeral not to long ago look up fighting words with mike straka ken did a 3 part interview not long ago and he admits to using steroids and talks about frank the ufc etc. Its worth watching |
